CrossFit Kids is a fun, challenging and safe way to get your kids moving. This program will prepare kids for sports, making them fitter and more coordinated or provide an alternative for kids who aren’t interested in competing in a sport! Our goal is to create positive and healthy habits for your kids. We use fun/interactive games, drills, and mini workouts to set your kids up with success and confidence for years to come!
