We created this class with the beginner in mind, taking place of our “beginners course.” Focused on mastering the basics of CrossFit and developing your cardiovascular strength. Sweat class is a 45-55 Minute class with similar structure to our classic CrossFit class. Designed to give you a killer workout or use it to learn the basics and eventually move to our classic CrossFit classes once you’ve mastered the basics! All ages and abilities welcome.
