We pride ourselves in ensuring incredible lifting technique for our CrossFit athletes and we believe we have the best method for teaching and developing the Olympic lifts! This program is designed to overlap with our regular CrossFit programming. Whether you are a beginner, an intermediate athlete wanting to spruce up your technique, or a veteran. This is for you! The main focus of each block will be practicing and understanding proper positions in the Snatch and Clean and Jerk, accessory work that benefits the Olympic lifts and pushing leg strength to new PR’s!
Our Program will be starting on February 3rd.
Mondays and Wednesdays @ 6:30PM-7:45PM.
$60 for 4 weeks. ($7.5/class)
